Qualifications

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily wash plant operations on the day shift.
Ensure efficient, safe coal processing and blending to meet targets and quality standards.
Lead, train and motivate plant personnel to maintain high performance and safety.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Monitor plant performance metrics and drive improvements as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to support mine and loadout operations.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements.
