Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. in Southern Pines, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our team on a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Starting pay is $17.37 per hour with the opportunity to earn $21.81 after 9 months, reflecting our commitment to rewarding experience and tenure. Responsibilities include verifying returns, labeling, locating items, processing New Goods from defective returns, performing counts, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months prior applicable experience desired.
• Forklift certification required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Checks worksheet against returns and keeps manifests, packing slips, and pallet labels together.
• Determines refurb, scrap, or new product and enters information into Return Goods system.
• Moves returns to proper location (refurb, scrap or new).
• Reboxes or removes labels and shrink wraps; reports completed skid to Warehouse Coordinator.
• Processes all New Goods identified in defective returns.
• Performs weekly counts on WIP and lithos inventory levels as requested.
• Turns in all paperwork at day end to Warehouse Coordinator.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly.
• Performs other related duties as required.
