Job summary

Strong accuracy and GDP compliance are required in a fast-paced environment. Shift is 1st, Monday–Friday, with overtime possibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with MHE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and sort returned products based on condition and company guidelines.
• Identify damage, defects, expiration, or discrepancies on returned goods.
• Accurately document return reason codes, product details, and disposition outcomes.
• Process returns through RF technology and warehouse management systems.
• Repackage, relabel, and prepare items for restocking, quarantine, or scrap.
• Ensure accurate data entry and follow GDP.
• Process customer orders including scanning barcodes, picking cases, and labeling boxes as needed.
• Palletize orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.
• Verify accuracy of shipments and perform packaging activities.
• May operate dock manifest duties including scanning completed pallets and operating shrink wrap equipment.
• May operate the ground/manual manifest station.
• Become knowledgeable of other warehouse positions and assist as required.
