RightStone is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist in Kent, WA for a 9‑hour day shift, Mon–Fri, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15‑minute breaks. The role offers a $20.88 hourly pay rate on a 12‑month contract with a path to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include locating, scanning, and logging storage boxes, operating hand carts and pallet jacks, and preparing shipments. The job requires lifting 100+ lbs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, carry or move storage boxes up to 100 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and climbing during a 9-hour shift.
• Must wear ASTM F2413-11 compliant safety-toe footwear with slip resistance.
• Good basic literacy in English to read labels and use tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and track orders by locating, scanning, and logging storage boxes, binders, files, and backups.
• Manually lift/move inventory boxes and totes across concrete surfaces.
• Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and trucks to transport materials safely.
• Prepare and stage shipments by building and loading pallets and trucks.
