Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking a Warehouse Attendant to handle receipt, storage, delivery and inspection of items at the receiving dock, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies. The role requires maintaining organized stock, coordinating requisitions to user departments, operating pallet jacks and equipment, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe while delivering exceptional service.

Training must be completed within nine months, with hours on a 24‑hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous warehousing experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate.
• If required to drive for SGC business, must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, deliver and inspect items at the receiving dock.
• Inspect incoming materials against orders for defects and correctness.
• Coordinate requisitions from warehouse to user departments.
• Transfer materials from warehouse to user departments.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly warehouse.
• Place stock orders via computer.
• Comply with information security policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and staff.
• Meet attendance guidelines and comply with policies.
• Complete required SGC training within nine months.
• Attend all necessary meetings.
