Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Warehouse/Production Operator in Casper, WY for a full-time, day-shift role. You will operate production equipment, inspect quality, and package finished goods in a climate-controlled environment.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting, with reading measurements, basic computer skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and use basic inspection tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform surface preparation and finishing processes using automated machinery.
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks.
• Package, label, and stage finished products according to work orders.
• Track production output and materials using logs and computer-based systems.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures within the warehouse and production areas.
