Job summary

QXO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and yard operations, safely handling, organizing, and preparing building materials for customers and deliveries. You will operate forklifts, maintain inventory records, and uphold a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, outdoor work, and a Monday–Friday day schedule, with emphasis on safety and accurate documentation. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard.
• Work outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets.
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including general cleaning and painting as needed.
• Schedule is day shift hours Monday- Friday.
