Job summary

QXO is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts, load and unload materials, and maintain inventory accuracy in an outdoor environment. You will follow strict safety protocols and ensure a clean, well-organized workspace while supporting a robust supply chain.

Ideal candidates bring forklift experience, a customer-first attitude, and reliability for early-morning shifts. Spanish language skills are a plus, and a valid transportation option is required to access our site.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Customer-focused communication skills.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials in warehouse and yard.
• Work outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets).
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Help keep the work area clean and paint where needed.
