Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking Warehouse Associates to pre-pick beverage orders and place correct pallets on trucks. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards in an indoor setting with occasional outdoor work.

You will read order sheets, rotate products, and support receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and load tasks. The position requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly, and reliable communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Experience in a warehouse, with logistics or material handling.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Pre-picking beverage orders and placing correct pallets on trucks.
• Shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking and security of products.
• Rotate products during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking and returns per company standards.
• Participate in pre-picking and merchandising of products as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative relationships with coworkers, supervisors and managers.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards established by management.
• Read order sheets accurately.
• Work with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure productivity standards.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Company's Core Values.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
