Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks Warehouse Associates to support pre-picking and pallet placement on trucks. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to meet productivity standards and uphold safety and quality practices.

The role requires a minimum of 18 years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred. This is a full-time, indoor position with some outdoor work and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or material handling is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation and repacking.
• Rotate products during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking and returns per standards.
• Participate in pre-picking and merchandising as needed.
• Develop cooperative relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards set by management.
• Read order sheets accurately and follow instructions.
