Construction Resources is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Receiver in Boynton Beach, FL. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and organizing materials in designated areas.

You will work closely with the Tile Warehouse Manager to meet daily targets and maintain inventory accuracy. The position requires lifting 50-75 lbs regularly, standing for long periods, and prior forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes 50-75 lbs.
• Experience maintaining organized inventory.
• Ability to work with others to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure work meets company standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading inbound/outbound trucks.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations.
• Pull customer orders onto pallets and prepare for delivery.
• Communicate inventory damages or issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Support in container receipt and system inputs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and assist operations as needed.
