Job summary

Lingo Staffing is seeking Forklift Operators in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP. Duties include operating forklifts, loading/unloading, and supporting daily warehouse tasks. Safety, accuracy, and reliability are essential as you move pallets and manage inventory with RF scanners.

Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with a pay rate of $16.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and the role is on-site in Orlando.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience preferred.
• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, or order pickers.
• Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
• Transport, stack, and organize pallets, products, and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipping and distribution.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory control.
• Verify product quantities and inspect materials for damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper product placement.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.

Forklift Operators

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, moving and organizing materials, inventory control, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Candidates must be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.

Pay Rate & Schedule:

• $16.00-$18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
• 1st Shift - Morning
• 2nd Shift - Afternoon/Evening
• 3rd Shift - Overnight
