Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s client in the distribution and logistics sector is hiring a Distribution Order Picker. You will support daily warehouse operations, using RF scanning and voice picking, with a safety-forward approach and adherence to SOPs. The role runs 1st shift Monday–Friday from 10:00am to 4:30pm and offers benefits after waiting period.

You will handle materials, prepare orders, and contribute to efficient fulfillment while meeting productivity goals and following 5S practices.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain productivity.
Comfort in a warehouse environment with safety and housekeeping expectations.
Capable of lifting up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally.
May be certified to drive a riding pallet jack.

Responsibilities

Transport materials from picking area to designated areas.
Sort and place materials on pallets according to size, type, or product code.
Load and unload bread trays from trucks.
Pick, stack, label, and distribute products while meeting productivity goals.
Use RF scanning and voice picking tools and follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
