Job summary

MilliporeSigma is hiring for an inventory/material handler role in Missouri. The position requires receiving, storing, inspecting, and labeling materials, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining data integrity.

You will pick and pack outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, and support inventory counts while adhering to strict safety and procedural guidelines. Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy needed.
• Proficient in basic math and measurement conversions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store all purchased materials and inter-company transfers.
• Inspect against packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
• Report material discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Label and document inventory per procedures.
• Handle and store materials at required temperatures per safety protocols.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments with accuracy.
• Prepare shipping documents and MRAs.
