Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Days) to oversee warehouse operations and supervise workers. The role ensures accurate shipment verification, inventory control, and coordination with production and purchasing.

You will train staff, manage staffing needs, and drive safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Essentially, you will act as a key operations leader, ensuring maintenance of clean and safe facilities, and supporting planning for safety programs and plant

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 years experience in position.
• 4 years experience managing people/projects.
• 6 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment (preferred).
• 6 years experience working in position (preferred).
• 6 years experience managing people/projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse operations and supervises warehouse workers.
• Enforces procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory.
• Inspects warehouse and equipment conditions.
• Coordinates repairs with outside vendors/ forklift mechanics.
• Oversees warehouse in absence of Warehouse Manager.
• Reports high cost repairs to department manager.
• Coordinates activities with production, sales, records control, and purchasing.
• Reports higher level issues to management.
• Oversees receiving and cycle counts.
• Trains new warehouse employees and evaluates training needs.
• Manages staffing coverage for attendance shortages.
• Directs salvage of damaged or used material.
• Performs month-end inventory and counts reconciled to books.
• SuperUser for Warehouse WMS system.
• Maintains clean, orderly and safe warehouse.
• Participates in personnel safety and plant protection planning.
