Job summary

Generac in Jefferson, WI is seeking a Material Handler to support production by picking warehoused parts and delivering them to assembly areas. This role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and offers a pay rate of $20.85 per hour.

You will operate forklifts or other material handling equipment, follow established procedures, participate in safety programs, and work with production teams to maximize efficiency and quality.

• Operate a forklift or other equipment to transport materials within the facility.

• May resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisor depending on the level and complexity.
• Follows defined procedures and practices.
• Contacts are typically with immediate supervisor and other members of the team in the immediate organization.

• Perform forklift daily inspections.

• Participate in team meetings and exchange job related information.
