Job summary

Intermountain Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler I for the Centralia, IL site. The role focuses on receiving, staging, and delivering material to the production area, with emphasis on accuracy and timely movements.

Responsibilities include kitting, inventory discipline, and collaboration with production and procurement. A valid forklift certification and OSHA basics are required; typical schedule is 6:00am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience reading invoices, packing lists, and shipping docs.
• Basic math, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Kitting and material delivery scheduling for production.
• Track and deliver received material to Shop Floor/POU.
• Process job carts, verify BOMs, and update inventories.
• Operate forklifts safely and move items to designated areas.
• Coordinate with leads/project managers and participate in reviews.
