Job Opportunity: Warehouse Loader at Grain Millers, Inc.

Location: St. Ansgar, Iowa

Position: Warehouse Loader

Key Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Loader, you will check trucks in and load them for shipment, operate a shag truck to move drop trailers into docks and bulk pneumatic trailers into loading bays, load products onto van trailers for customer shipments, stage loads according to the shipping schedule, complete documentation and record-keeping for shipping and warehousing, organize the warehouse and manage inventory, ensure all trailers meet our robust food safety standards before loading, and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Qualifications: We are looking for someone with strong time management and organizational skills, who is a team player and works well in small group settings. Forklift experience is required, and experience with industrial drive-in racking is a plus. Preferred experience in backing up semi-trailers with a yard truck is also desired. However, we are willing to train the right candidate with applicable experience and a positive attitude.

Schedule: This position works 12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off, from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
