Qualifications

2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time order completion.
Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse employees.
Train and coach the warehouse team and drive performance.
Utilize WMS and maintain work documents.
Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
Operate equipment safely and provide backup to management.
Track orders, investigate issues, and keep goods cataloged.
Comply with 7S and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
