Job summary

APR Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to guide a 5–10 person crew on a Monday–Friday shift (5:00am–2:00pm). You’ll coordinate pulling, packing, inventory control, and loading operations to meet daily goals in a fast-paced distribution center.

You bring 1–3 years of leadership and at least 3 years in warehousing, plus forklift and pallet jack experience. Strong communication, safety adherence, and teamwork are essential to help our team deliver reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years warehouse experience.
• Minimum 1 year of box truck experience.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a team of 5–10 teammates.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Assign, guide and motivate team of warehouse workers on the designated shift.
• Set priorities and ensure daily goals and objectives are met.
• Coordinate pulling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Receive shipments, log into inventory and perform inventory audits.
• Maintain equipment and safety compliance, report defects or issues.
• Oversee health and safety policies and keep the area neat and organized.
