Job summary

Novolex seeks a Warehouse Lead in Greensboro, NC to supervise daily warehouse and shipping activities, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery and safe operation of the dock area. The role requires forklift certification, strong leadership, and 5+ years in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

You will coordinate with customer service, manage inventory, and drive training. The position offers a 7:00am–3:00pm weekday schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification and experience required.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse and shipping operations.
• Move finished goods and coordinate with production and customer service for OTIF.
• Maintain safety, security, sanitation, and cleanliness of docks and equipment.
• Document issues and escalate safety or equipment problems to management.
• Delegate tasks, motivate the team, and maintain schedules.
• Schedule training and manage daily movement of goods to storage.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
• Lead daily meetings with management and inventory counterparts.
