Job summary

Portland Bolt seeks a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping and receiving operations in North Augusta, SC. You will keep inventory accurate, move materials with forklifts, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow safety policies. On-site work with standard daytime hours and benefits including health and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with handheld scanners and inventory systems.
• Strong forklift operating skills (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Print and apply labels for incoming goods and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move material throughout the warehouse.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
