Job summary

Innovative Distribution Services is seeking a reliable Freight Unloader to join our warehouse team in Florida. The role involves unloading freight from trucks, sorting, labeling, and moving items to storage while upholding safety and efficiency standards. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed and maintain an organized workspace.

Hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 5:30am until finish (approx. 3pm).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform in a physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trucks and transport to storage area.
• Sort and organize freight by destination and type.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move freight.
• Ensure freight is labeled and stored properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
