Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Dock Clerk for the Day Shift in Mooresville, NC. You will check in/out truck drivers, manage inbound/outbound paperwork, direct drivers to docks, and ensure trailers are sealed correctly.

This full-time role operates on a 12-hour day shift (6a-6p) with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, averaging 15 workdays per month, offering opportunities to collaborate with warehouse leads and supervisors while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and basic Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
• Must be able to frequently walk outside to direct drivers, give BOLs, and seal trailers.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out of the warehouse by entering information into the system.
• Ensure all truck drivers have valid identification and licenses.
• Match driver paperwork with trailer seal and apply trailer seal to outbound shipments.
• Assign truck drivers to dock doors and ensure correct door assignment.
• Run BOL paperwork out to drivers as needed.
• Gather load paperwork and maintain daily reports.
