Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and shipping documentation.
• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and verify accuracy of shipping/picking activities.
• Operate forklift and assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling issues and communicate with logistics teams.
• Prepare documents such as pick tickets, BOLs, and shipping orders.
• Record inventory counts and recount/record variances.
• Assist in training others on warehouse systems and procedures.
• Participate in safety initiatives and report hazards.
• Monitor weekly warehouse supply levels and assist with replenishment.
• Request exception shipping documentation when required.
• Support additional duties such as picking, receiving, and replenishment.
