McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV to join our distribution team in New Jersey. You’ll load and secure products, operate by hand or powered equipment, and ensure quality control before loading.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
• Job duties will be completed by hand or by use of powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for Non conveyable products prior to loading.
• Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.
• Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
