Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Neenah, WI. This role involves picking orders as invoices are printed, staging items for routes, unloading inbound deliveries, and stocking parts in bin locations after incoming checks.

Strong attention to detail and team collaboration are essential. Core duties include stock receiving, FIFO practices, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and organization within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Consistent work history and good attendance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift, part picker, and powered pallet jack experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products following FIFO and Dock-to-Stock practices.
• Pick, stage, and load orders accurately for delivery.
• Process returns, resolve bin/part variances, and manage exception items.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory tasks, and support annual physical inventory.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Cross-train for other roles within the warehouse to maximize efficiency.
