Job summary

Neenah Foundry Company seeks a DC support professional to manage finished goods inventory, perform forklift duties, and provide sales and customer service support. You will coordinate with multiple departments, enter daily order data, and handle returns and credits.

The role includes inbound/outbound transportation planning, adherence to credit policies, and occasional coverage as DC Manager when the supervisor is unavailable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Associates or Bachelor's in business, customer service, or supply chain is a plus.
• 2–5 years in customer service or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in finished goods inventory management.
• Maintain and inspect trucks and equipment; operate forklift as needed.
• Provide sales support via email, quotes, calls, and in-person visits.
• Coordinate with Distribution, Field Sales, Shipping, Inside Sales, Finance, and other departments.
• Enter data daily for orders and inventory; manage returns and credits.
• Plan inbound/outbound transportation and customer pickups.
• Support credit policies and procedures.
• Assist DC Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction; step in as DC Manager when needed.
