Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our onsite team in Greensboro, NC. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders, build and transport pallets, and use RF devices to sort and ship items.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Typical shift is Mon–Fri 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with starting pay at $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to lift items up to 50lbs regularly.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe and accident free.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE including safety harness when required.
