Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our onsite Wilmington, NC team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 10AM–6PM, with starting pay of $18/hour and potential for higher pay based on experience.

You will operate a stand-up forklift, pick and pack orders, and help keep the facility orderly and safe. Responsibilities include using RF devices to sort and process orders, receiving and stocking materials, and complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow PPE safety rules.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.
