Job summary

H.B. Fuller, a world-leading adhesives company, is hiring a Warehouse Worker I for Maple Heights, OH. 1st shift is 6AM-2:30PM, Monday–Friday with occasional overtime and weekends. The role supports safe, accurate warehouse operations, receiving, storing, and shipping materials per safety and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities include FIFO handling, forklift operations, vehicle inspections, order staging, and documentation. ERP and RF scanner experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating a forklift and RF scanning equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ERP familiarity are needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, work instructions, and housekeeping standards.
• Receive, inspect, and store materials using FIFO practices.
• Load/unload trucks and stage orders to meet customer requirements.
• Perform forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate, signed documentation and communicate with teams.
