H.B. Fuller in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking a Warehouse Worker I to support safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, storing, and shipping of materials.

On the 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) you will follow established safety, quality, and inventory procedures to help ensure on-time delivery and a well-organized warehouse. You will operate a forklift, use RF scanning equipment, and work with ERP systems while maintaining precise records and communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehousing or logistics experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift and RF scanning equipment.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and ERP systems.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 kg safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and housekeeping standards.
• Receive, inspect, and store materials using FIFO inventory practices.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and tankers for bulk and packaged goods.
• Verify vehicle condition prior to loading or unloading.
• Prepare and stage orders accurately to meet customer requirements.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate, signed, and dated documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and cross-functional teams.

Warehouse Worker

1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM, Monday - Friday, Occasional Overtime and Weekends Required

Position Overview

The Warehouse Worker I supports safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations at H.B. Fuller under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials while following established safety, quality, and inventory procedures. The position contributes to on-time customer delivery and a well-organized, compliant work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and housekeeping standards.
• Receive, inspect, and store materials using FIFO inventory practices.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and tankers for bulk and packaged goods.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 kg safely.

Preferred Requirements

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with inventory control or cycle counting.
• Familiarity with quality sampling or inspection processes.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $24.00 per hour.
