Job summary

H.B. Fuller in Maple Heights, OH is hiring a Warehouse Worker I on first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) with occasional overtime.

You will support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations, receiving, storing, and shipping materials while following safety, quality, and inventory procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in warehousing or logistics, forklift and RF scanning skills, and basic computer/ERP use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 kg safely.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store materials using FIFO inventory practices.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and tankers for bulk and packaged goods.
• Verify vehicle condition prior to loading or unloading.
• Prepare and stage orders accurately to meet customer requirements.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate, signed, and dated documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and cross-functional teams.
