H.B. Fuller in Chagrin Falls, OH, is seeking a Warehouse Worker I to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations under the Warehouse Supervisor.

You will receive, store, and ship materials to ensure on-time delivery, while following safety and inventory procedures. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehousing, forklift and RF scanning experience, and familiarity with ERP systems and basic computing.

Warehouse Worker

Chagrin Falls, OH

1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM, Monday - Friday, Occasional Overtime and Weekends Required

Position Overview

The Warehouse Worker I supports safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations at H.B. Fuller under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials while following established safety, quality, and inventory procedures. The position contributes to on-time customer delivery and a well-organized, compliant work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and housekeeping standards.
• Receive, inspect, and store materials using FIFO inventory practices.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and tankers for bulk and packaged goods.
• Verify vehicle condition prior to loading or unloading.
• Prepare and stage orders accurately to meet customer requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 kg safely.

Preferred Requirements

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with inventory control or cycle counting.
• Familiarity with quality sampling or inspection processes.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $21.00 per hour.
