Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate for our onsite facility in Coral Springs, FL. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–5:30PM, with duties focused on pulling and packing orders, stocking materials, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

You will operate stand-up forklifts, use RF devices, and collaborate with the team to ensure accurate order fulfillment while adhering to PPE and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and wear PPE.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage.
• Wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
