Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Jacksonville, FL to safely operate a stand-up forklift, pick and pack orders, and maintain accurate receiving and stocking processes.

Responsibilities include using RF devices, building pallets, and keeping the workspace clean and compliant with PPE and safety rules. Candidates should have 1–3 years of warehouse experience and meet DOT and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• Valid state-issued license and DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow PPE requirements.
