Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Utility Technicians, overseeing light maintenance tasks and facility project work.
• Interview, hire, and train team members, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
• Schedule and assign daily work tasks, coordinating projects and maintenance activities for operational efficiency.
• Supervise and perform light maintenance, including equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization, including debris removal, pallet management, and clear aisles.
• Assist with facility upgrades, installations, and general maintenance projects.
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production and address facility needs.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in the warehouse or manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
• Experience overseeing maintenance and project work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, focused on training and development.
• Basic computer skills for managing schedules, records, and reports.
