Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking a full-time Transport Paramedic ERT for the Ground Transportation Department at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN. The role reports to the Manager/Director of Transport and supports critical patient care during transport within Beacon Health System.

The position offers a $6,500 sign-on bonus and requires Indiana or Michigan paramedic licensure, with ACLS/BLS/PALS and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Completion of Indiana/Michigan EMS-paramedic program and licensure.
• Current unrestricted Indiana or Michigan Paramedic license; NREMT preferred.
• CC-P/FP-C within two years of hire or as required by local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced paramedic procedures per ALS guidelines.
• Transport patients in emergent and critical situations with a transport team.
• Maintain documentation of patient status, treatments, vitals, and transport details.
