Invenergy is hiring a Day Shift Team Lead O&M Technician in Fort Lupton, CO. The role operates and maintains a simple cycle power station, with potential nights or weekends to cover open positions.

You will lead operations and maintenance activities, supervise the team during start-up/shutdown and emergencies, and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards. A safety-focused, team-oriented candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Team Lead experience is desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

Job Description

Position Overview

As the Day Shift Team Lead O&M Technician, you will provide the organization with a knowledgeable, multi-skilled, operations and troubleshooting expertise who operates and maintains a simple cycle power station. This position is a dayshift position that carries the possibility of working nights or weekends as needed to fill in for open positions.

• Work as a team player performing operations, maintenance, and technical support to achieve safe, cost-effective operation and maintenance of the facility.
• Oversee and work with the operations team during start-up, shutdown, normal and emergency conditions in accordance with operating procedures and instructions to maintain a safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain and trouble-shoot operations equipment and control systems in the power generation facility.
• Train other site personnel as necessary.
• Oversee housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean safe work environment and professional appearance.
• Coordinate and monitor team activities to maintain compliance with all administrative, operational, NERC, EH&S, other regulatory requirements, and procedures.
• Assist the Management Staff with Plant Event Reporting, Root Cause Analysis, Data Collection & outage planning.
• Report Team activities, progress, equipment problems, work requests or unusual conditions in the daily Shift Turnover.
• Review daily reports, logs, and alarm summaries and ensure all information is accurate, and complete, with corrective action taken to resolve identified problems.
• Ensure assigned Preventative Maintenance and Work Orders are distributed to the operations teams and completed in a timely fashion and oversee their completion in EAM maintenance tracking software.
• Ensure the plant has proficient subject matter experts for EAM, E-Logger, and Intelex applications.
• Work with the management team as needed to complete assigned tasks.
• Other duties reasonably assigned.

Required Skills

• Team Lead - Qualified CRO
• 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work dayshifts normally, willing to work nights & weekends as needed.
• Will perform both operations and maintenance.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Base Pay

$48.70 - $58.35 USD Hourly

Bonus: 10%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
