Invenergy LLC in Fort Lupton, CO is seeking a Day Shift Team Lead O&M Technician to lead operations and maintenance of a simple cycle power station. You will supervise the operations team, troubleshoot equipment, manage start-up and shutdown procedures, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

This position will remain open for application based on business need, which may be before or after the 3-day posting window.**Job Description**Position Overview As the Day Shift Team Lead O&M Technician, you will provide the organization with a knowledgeable, multi-skilled, operations and troubleshooting expertise who operates and maintains a simple cycle power station. This position is a dayshift position that carries the possibility of working nights or weekends as needed to fill in for open positions.* Work as a team player performing operations, maintenance, and technical support to achieve safe, cost-effective operation and maintenance of the facility.* Oversee and work with the operations team during start-up, shutdown, normal and emergency conditions in accordance with operating procedures and instructions to maintain a safe and efficient operation.* Maintain and trouble-shoot operations equipment and control systems in the power generation facility.* Train other site personnel as necessary.* Oversee housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean safe work environment and professional appearance.* Coordinate and monitor team activities to maintain compliance with all administrative, operational, NERC, EH&S, other regulatory requirements, and procedures.* Assist the Management Staff with Plant Event Reporting, Root Cause Analysis, Data Collection & outage planning.* Report Team activities, progress, equipment problems, work requests or unusual conditions in the daily Shift Turnover.* Review daily reports, logs, and alarm summaries and ensure all information is accurate, and complete, with corrective action taken to resolve identified problems.* Ensure assigned Preventative Maintenance and Work Orders are distributed to the operations teams and completed in a timely fashion and oversee their completion in EAM maintenance tracking software.* Ensure the plant has proficient subject matter experts for EAM, E-Logger, and Intelex applications.* Work with the management team as needed to complete assigned tasks.* Other duties reasonably assigned. **Required Skills*** Team Lead - Qualified CRO* 2 years’ experience preferred.* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.* Good verbal and written communications skills.* Ability to work dayshifts normally, willing to work nights & weekends as needed.* Will perform both operations and maintenance.* Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. *This is a safety sensitive position.
