Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Hospital in Edmond, OK is seeking a Day shift, Fulltime, Certified Surgical Tech (CST) to support the surgical team under licensed staff. You may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

The Surgical Tech role involves preparing surgical areas, managing instruments and supplies, ensuring sterile techniques, and assisting in diverse procedures. Strong teamwork and attention to sterile technique are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BLS certification issued by ARC or AHA within 60 days of hire.
• NCCT-TS-C (Tech in Surgery-Certified) OR AST-CST (Certified Surgical Tech) or equivalent surgical tech program/1 year scrub experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile field under supervision and supports surgical team needs.
• Prepares surgical areas, manages instruments and supplies, ensures sterile techniques.
• Scrubs, gowns, and gloves; sets up sterile tables; performs counts with circulator.
• Assists in cleaning and preparing instruments for sterilization; supports room turnover.
