Job summary

AdventHealth Parker is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team, preparing sterile instruments and assisting surgeons during procedures.

This full-time role requires CST certification, BLS, and at least 1 year CST experience, with 2+ years preferred. Emphasis on infection control, teamwork, and patient safety in a fast-paced environment. Located in Parker, Colorado, day shifts with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent [Required].
• Successful completion of an approved/accredited school for Surgical Technology.
• 1 year CST experience [Required].
• 2+ years of technical experience in the field [Preferred].
• BLS and CST certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and informs the circulating nurse throughout procedures.
• Assembles supplies, equipment, and medications prior to procedures.
• Maintains relationships with physicians and staff and responds to complaints promptly.
• Monitors aseptic technique and reports any breaks in technique.
• Supervises other team members and supports orientation, training, and education.
