Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and elevates patient satisfaction.
• Accurately schedules/reschedules/cancels appointments, pre-registers patients using EPIC, and assists with patient questions for up to two specialty lines.
• Identifies and resolves patient needs to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Manages Average Handle Time (AHT) and QA scoring to ensure efficient interactions.
• Maintains dependable attendance and schedule adherence.
