Job summary

WinCo Foods in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Stock Associate to maintain and replenish stock in a safe, efficient manner while delivering consistently friendly customer service. You will help meet customer purchasing needs and support store operations.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, and facing merchandise, building displays, and operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. This role requires physical stamina and availability for varied hours.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Work varied hours between 6am and 10pm in a 24/7 operation.
• Ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.
• Conduct visual inspection of merchandise on shelves.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs; perform basic math.
• Learn product locations, PLU codes, inventory and receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves and thanks customers.
• Maintains product quality; stocks, rotates, faces merchandise.
• Orders products, cuts cases, stacks, prices and marks merchandise.
• Builds product displays and operates hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Assists customers with questions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
