Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Machine Operator (Spiral) in Middlesex, NC, to operate wire winders and braiders for PTFE hose on a 4x10 daylight schedule (6 am–4:30 pm, Mon–Thu). The role requires hands-on setup, quality checks, and proficient use of tooling and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, accredited.
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience using hand and power tools.
• U.S. Person per ITAR; no sponsorship offered; within 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and carriers based on work order and setup sheets.
• Set up braider and feeders per specifications and operate accordingly.
• Perform quality checks on braided hose including measurements and tolerances.
• Maintain and troubleshoot wire winders and related equipment.
• Operate overhead crane and load spools of wire as needed.
• Load and unload PTFE tubing and prepare for braiding.
• Follow safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.
