Express Employment Professionals, Sedro-Woolley, WA, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join a state-of-the-art facility that serves fabricators, contractors, and manufacturers in the region.

You will handle inbound and outbound shipments, verify quantities, maintain schedules, document accurately, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams. The role offers daytime hours, competitive pay, and benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory management systems.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, supplies, and products, verifying quantities and inspecting shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Process outgoing shipments and ensure products are packaged, labeled, and documented correctly.
• Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain shipping and receiving schedules to support operational needs and customer requirements.
• Track, document, and update shipment records, receiving logs, and inventory transactions.
• Ensure accurate checking of materials and products in and out of the facility.
• Communicate shipment status, delivery schedules, and inventory needs with internal teams.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, per safety standards.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational objective.
