Southwest Accessory Group (SWAG) is hiring a Shipping Processor in Houston to manage daily e-commerce orders and support our growing warehouse operation. You’ll review orders, enter them into our system, verify details, and prepare shipments while delivering excellent service to dealerships and consumers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word; NetSuite is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; NetSuite experience a BONUS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and learn new computer programs quickly.
• Self-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from our online store into our accounting system.
• Review each order for accuracy, ensuring no address, payment, or product errors.
• Prepare all orders for shipment.
• Answer customer service related phone calls and respond to email requests.
• Review, print and follow through on customers orders from start to finish.
