Job summary

Lancaster Metal Manufacturing in Lancaster, PA, seeks a 1st Shift Set-Up Machine Operator. Under supervision, you set up and operate machines, read blueprints, and use measuring tools to ensure tolerances. Full-time, union hourly, 6am–2:30pm, with overtime as needed.

• Moves material and uses cranes/hand trucks as needed
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor
