Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee all operations and the flow of product through the building. You will supervise Operations Supervisors, monitor inventory movement, and forecast production needs to meet store demand.

The role leads a team to meet KPI targets, resolves complex issues, and communicates business objectives to the team and senior leadership. Strong leadership and safety culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field plus 3 years of DC ops experience.
• 7 years of distribution center/warehouse operations or related area with increasing responsibilities.
• Leadership with direct report responsibility, including leading salary level direct reports.
• Experience mentoring and coaching others.
• Experience leading a team through change.
• Proven safety compliance and building a safety culture.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations flow and the movement of inventory through the facility.
• Supervise a team of Operations Supervisors to meet store demand and KPI targets.
• Forecast production volume and reallocate resources as workflow changes.
• Lead the team to achieve or exceed KPI targets amidst fluctuating demands.
• Resolve complex operational issues and communicate objectives to team and leadership.
