Qualifications

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and guest concerns in a calm, professional manner and document observations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, and common spaces to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with access control, directions, and guest-service needs while maintaining a professional hospitality presence.
